After what has been a very busy few weeks, it may be an opportune time to review all that has happened so far. Not every day may have been a good day, but there was good in every day. What went well? What needs some reflection? What will I continue to do? What will I do differently?
Professional Guidance - Preparing to initiate the Admissions
Guidance on preparing to initiate the Admissions Process 2024/25
When can the process of admissions for 2024/25 be initiated?
Schools are permitted to initiate the process of admissions for the 2024/2025 school year from 1 October 2023. It is a matter for each individual school to determine when they wish to initiate the process of admissions after that date.
What needs to be done in preparation?
IPPN Sustainable Leadership – Follow-up consultation survey
IPPN’s research publication Primary School Leadership: The Case for Urgent Action – A Roadmap to Sustainability sets out what is needed to enhance leadership capacity, effectiveness and sustainability.
IPPN is currently working on a progress report, and urge all principals and deputy principals to complete a 7-10-minute follow-up survey. Having up-to-date information greatly helps our advocacy work. Your participation is deeply appreciated and valued.
