You can also reach us on 021 4824070 (standard rates apply). This is due to a decision by Comreg last March, by January 31st, 2022, 1890 numbers will be withdrawn and only 1800 (free-phone) and 0818 will remain.

23rd November: Further measures to increase the availability of substitute teachers

IPPN has been consistently advocating for additional capacity to be made available to the system to alleviate the current, chronic shortage of substitute teachers. On foot of those representations and those of the other education partners, further measures to alleviate the substitute shortage have been announced this evening.
An email has been sent to all schools by the DE with an information note attached - click here to view. IPPN will continue to represent the voice of school leaders on this issue to ensure continuity of educational provision to children.
2022/2023 Membership Renewal

Please note membership forms have been issued to all schools along with our 22/23 wall calendar and Autumn meeting schedule. Your membership renewal form can be returned to the IPPN Support office using the ‘Freepost’ envelope included in the pack. If you do not renew your membership a number of key supports and services will no longer be available e.g. Leadership Support, mailing lists, Leadership+, weekly Escéal, CPD.
