As a group, the Board establishes a clear organisational mission, forming the strategic plan along with the oversight and evaluation of the plan’s success.
HR, Finance & Audit Committee
The HR, Finance & Audit Committee (HRFAC) is a committee, established by the Board of Directors (BOD) of IPPN, which shall assure the BOD of proper financial management, oversight and the terms and conditions of employees.
Governance & Risk Committee
The Governance & Risk Committee (GRC) is a committee, established by the Board of Directors (BOD) of IPPN, which shall assist the BOD in meeting its oversight and compliance responsibilities with regard to governance and risk management.
