As a result of IPPN’s advocacy work on Sustainable Leadership, the DEY has initiated the piloting of an Administrative Executive role in a small number of primary schools. Each school in the pilot will employ an Administrative Executive who will undertake a range of administrative duties to reduce the administrative burden of school leaders, to free up time for the leadership of teaching and learning and to enhance the overall operation of the school.
